Professional Consultation

I offer professional consultation to therapists and helping professionals interested in exploring case conceptualization, treatment goals, and interventions from a trauma-conscious, anti-oppressive lens.

My education is specialized in complex and acute trauma and dissociation, trained and certified by Janina Fisher, PhD, in Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST). TIST is based in neuroscience of attachment and the Structural Dissociation Model of Trauma (Van der Hart, Nijenhuis, & Steele) and views trauma responses and fragmentation as adaptive and functional rather than pathologizing. TIST integrates IFS, ego state work, sensorimotor psychotherapy, cognitive reprocessing therapy. I additionally receive training as a member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD).

Certification in Brainspotting Therapy

Are you ready to take your practice and clients to the next level? Certification in Brainspotting provides one-on-one training to equip you with in-depth knowledge and practice to sharpen your skills and amplify your impact and confidence.

You are eligible for certification if you have:

• Completed Phase 1, Phase 2 and one advanced training of your choice (Phase 3, 4, 5 or David Grand's Masterclass)
• Complete and document 50 hours of Brainspotting Sessions representing the frame set-ups from Phases 1 & 2
• Complete a minimum of 6 consultation hours with the same Approved Brainspotting Consultant (2 hours of consultation can be completed and counted toward certification before you attend Phase 3)
• Complete your application and send application and payment to Brainspotting Trainings LLC
